- Design & Build
- A new build that consisted of 2 levels of basement car parking, landscaped podium and two 5 level towers with 107 apartments.
- Bridging walkways on the upper levels interlinking the two towers
- Clearwater was responsible for coordinating the full design, build and delivery of the project, which was completed ahead of schedule
