- Construction (Negotiated lump sum)
- 62,000sqm consisting of 360 apartments, 731 car parks and 42 retail spaces over 7 levels and 1,600sqm of public square that connects with the Newmarket Railway Station
- Clearwater completed all the structural works and carpentry with own direct labour
- Managed and coordinated other trades including structural steel, precast concrete and aluminum composite panels, CLD cladding, services and interior fitout of 492 apartments
