- 3,000sqm of premium office space on upper 5 levels over 600sqm of retail and basement parking
- Utilizing sister companies for the structural design and structural steel, Clearwater worked to provide cost effective solutions to meet current seismic design standards and expected aesthetic standards for the Christchurch CBD rebuild
- In addition to the base build works, Clearwater completed multiple negotiated, integrated fitouts which included fully coordinated services, glass partitions and floor finishes for 4 tenants
